Audition Information

• Students who are in grades 6-12 are eligible to audition.

• You must record yourself singing  30 seconds of a song from a musical.  

• You must download your video to the form below. If you are having difficulty, please email a YouTube link to: citykidzplayhouse@gmail.com along with the other information requested on the form below.
